We have a strong focus on local ingredients, handcrafted with love. Here on the farm, right by the open sea, elderflowers thrive alongside blackcurrants and redcurrants. We specialize in elderflower cordial and jellies made from blackcurrants and redcurrants – all traditional products known for their fresh and pure flavors.
In the spring of 2024, we planted 100 elder trees to produce elderflower cordial and "byllebær" syrup.
